Aurora Redehall School supports pupils aged 6–11 with communication difficulties linked to Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). We're seeking passionate HLTA to join our school. You will be supporting high quality teaching and learning. Although Aurora Redehall is a primary school, many of the students are working at least 2 academic years behind their chronological age.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and promote pupil welfare.
- Lead classes in teacher absence.
- Deliver and adapt learning activities.
- Support individual pupil plans and contribute to reviews.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SLCN.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4 or equivalent)
- HLTA Diploma or Level 4 qualification (or equivalent skills)
