Inspire creativity. Build confidence. Change lives.

Are you a passionate Creative Digital practitioner who wants to make a real difference to young people?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Creative Digital Group Tutor to join our team at R.E.A.L. Alternative Provision.  You will plan and deliver engaging, individualised sessions that support learners to develop their skills, confidence and aspirations.

The role

You will:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality Creative Digital sessions.
  • Adapt learning to meet individual learners' needs.
  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create engaging sessions that challenge and motivate learners.
  • Maintain accurate records and report safeguarding concerns appropriately.
  • Complete and use risk assessments to support learner and staff safety.
  • Contribute to schemes of work, quality assurance and wider team development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Alternative Provision team and Aurora Group.

What we're looking for

You will need:

  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
  • A relevant Level 4 qualification.
  • Practical experience within Creative Digital, such as app development, VFX, 3D modelling (Blender), graphic design, marketing, or website design.
  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
  • A passion for teaching and supporting young people to achieve their aspirations.

The role holder will need to be a driver with their own vehicle as some sites are not easily accessible by public transport.

About you

You will be creative, organised and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning. You will be able to build positive relationships, adapt your approach and create engaging learning experiences.

If you're passionate about Creative Digital and want to use your skills to inspire and support young people, we'd love to hear from you.
